I recently visited KIMSHEALTH Medical Center and had a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Ahmed Amro Abbas was truly exceptional. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed me warmly during both of my visits. He explained everything clearly while working and even had a friendly chat with me about my country, Ghana, and our football legend Michael Essien. His knowledge, communication, and care made me feel very well looked after. I’m grateful for his support and follow up.
I also want to sincerely appreciate the radiologist named April, an Asian woman who assisted with my X-ray. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind, one of the nicest medical staff I’ve met. She made the process smooth and stress-free.
In addition, the pharmacy staff were excellent. There was a very helpful lady at the right-hand counter who clearly explained how to take the medicine Dr. Ahmed prescribed. Later, when I returned because I had lost my Galaxy Earbuds, she was empathetic and promised to ask the cleaning team if anything was found. She even took my contact number in case there was any update. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
Lastly, the gentleman at the second floor reception (I unfortunately don’t know his name) was also friendly and welcoming.
This hospital has a great team that goes the extra mile for their patients. Highly recommended.
